Any instructional booklet on using the bands?

The kit does not come with an instructional booklet. I just googled or YouTubed resistance band leg excercises.

What is the maximum stretch length?

I'm not sure the stretch length, but you can view it as a resistance loop exercise band that can be stuck on your thighs so you can move freely with it during jogging, walking, stretching. that's how I use it

Can this be used on an adult with quite think thighs?

Definitely! The straps are really long.

My daughter runs the 1500 meters for track so can you safely run wearing the bands?

These bands change your stride a bit when running due to the tension on the bands. I use them more for short explosive exercises
