Great for audio, not so hot for phone calls
It's okay. Decent product for the price. It's an inferior product to the LG Tone, but I'll mainly be using it to listen to podcasts and music. When I tried using it for calls, it works (just) but just sounds super muffled. The LG set I had lasted just under 2 years before the body cracked. Let's see how these go.

Not great for daily use
Decent incoming sound but my BF always complained if I was using them to call him, said he couldn't hear me clearly. Now, just 6 months after getting them, the plastic broke. I use these daily at work to listen to music, mostly using just the right earbud. I put them on, take off at lunch, then put them back on. Not like they get stretched out a bunch. Not exposed to outdoor heat or cold. But the plastic just broke and now I'm shopping again. Very disappointed it didn't hold up longer. UPDATE: Company is sending out a replacement for which I am grateful. I know now to not always fold them closed since they'll live at my desk.

Great for the price
They work great except for a sensitivity problem with the on off switch sometimes. I had 2 pairs and they both had the same issue, but otherwise they work great. I bought them in 2022 and now in 2026 they just broke in the middle so I would say they did a good job

Sound Issues
It's good for listening to music but not really good for phone calls. I can hear decently but everyone says I sound mumbled or they can't hear me. I speak loud and clear but they still have trouble hearing me. Mine didn't come with a charger either. Battery lasts pretty decently. I use my headset anywhere from 8-10 hours a day and I charge it every other day.

Almost as good as my previous set
Before retiring I used to travel quite a lot. I enjoyed the LG wrap around headsets with retractable earbuds and used them whenever I walked the dog and also while flying to my chosen vacation spots, as the noise cancellation features took care of the airplane noise - especially while trying to sleep. Sadly, they broke and after going through several pairs, LG discontinued the models for lesser quality models with less features. Boo hiss! Bad LG, BAD! I searched Amazon and found the AMORNO Foldable Bluetooth Headphones Wireless Neckband Headset with Retractable Earbud and purchased them. I use them whenever I wish to drown out the construction noise in the area and sometimes when I don't feel like wearing my hearing aids to watch tv or listen to music. The only complaints I have are that they are heavier on the neck than other brands I've tried, the noise cancellation isn't up to the standard I'm used to, and sometimes people complain they can't hear me clearly when using the headset to make and receive phone calls. At those times I have to physically lift the left side of the headset up to my chin to be heard clearly. Since I usually use my hearing aids to make and receive phone calls, this is a minor issue. Other than those issues, I'm happy with this headset. Would I buy them again? Perhaps.
