These remind me of the little Famous Amos cookies!

I was impressed with the listed ingredients. I limit eating sugar: therefore, I was looking forward to finding a more healthy treat. I did not like the texture nor the taste, so I would advise buying one box as a "try out".

Love the texture and taste of this crispy cookie. Low carb & diabetic friendly.

Simple Mills is a fabulous brand. This doesn’t really reflect the cookie even though the Girl Scout cookies walk circles around this flavor wise. But they are 5.5 ounces which is nothing compared to the size you’ll get in a grocery store and I’m supposed to make two gluten-free vegan pies so now I’ve gotta go to the grocery store to get the size I really need. There were a total of 20 cookies in the bag and maybe one or two broken pieces. I’m sort of sick of the false advertising where you think it’s a full-size box like you would get out of the grocery store and I can’t return it. aargh.

I really like Simple Mills products because they are minimal ingredients and contain no seed oils. I only know of one other brand that contains no seed oils. The pecan cookies were good and fresh. However, I do prefer the chocolate chip ones.
