Don't Worry, You Won't Need Latin For This One.
With books, a perennial complaint I have is Amazon's abysmal packaging which often damages books in transit. That apart, this book looks and feels great for the price! Kudos to Fingerprint!

The Principia is Book 1 to be part of my "Physics" collection. I am building an in-house library and what better text to kick off the "Physics" section than starting with one of the greatest texts ever written. For such a dense text, the book is quite light, I am so stoked to dig into it in much detail in 2026.

Not available in English before unless you are a very large library as the cost was always high. Usually available in latin. An excellent book on the order of the universe, gravity etc.

Uma relíquia de leitura obrigatória
Trata-se de um clássico, que marcou o pensamento filosófico do mundo e cujos ensinamentos balizaram o estudo da física por pelo menos 200 anos. É lógico que é um livro escrito há mais de 300 anos e precisa ser compreendido no contexto da sua época. É na verdade uma relíquia, de leitura obrigatória para quem ama a ciência.
