I am very happy with this kettle. It boils water very fast and is easy to use. The glass design is nice and looks clean. I also like that no plastic touches the water. We use it every day for tea and hot water. So far works very good. Good product and worth the money.

Wonderful kettle. No plastic in the water, just glass and stainless on the bottom. Super-easy cleanup with some light citric acid solution once a month keeps it looking pristine. Heats water fast, and the water tastes great. No temperature control, but it was not advertised to have one, so no points deducted--just something I may want on my next kettle purchase :-).

The product itself is excellent; it looks high-quality and luxurious in your kitchen. The description is accurate: it heats water quickly, the light comes on when you turn it on, and it turns off automatically when the water is heated. The only issue I see is that you have to be very careful when washing it; it can break if you're not careful. Other than that, it's worth it. I hope I don't regret it later.

This is actually my second purchase of this kettle, but only because I like it so much and it's used multiple times per day. My first is still working perfectly but I am on rural water and filter my drinking and cooking water, but need to heat the unfiltered water for dishes and other non drinking uses. What I found was that the chlorine in the water would leave the smell and taste in my kettle for a while which I can't stand. I use too much to run it all through my filter so I bought this second one to use for the regular unfiltered tap water heating. This kettle is fast! I try not to add electrical appliances because I keep my bill low and usually it's much less expensive to use my propane stove for cooking and heating water, etc., but this is so fast, and it doesn't heat up the house that I decided to a second one. Love the blue light at the bottom, the easy to use start and stop lever, (if you want to stop it before the boiling shuts it off), easy to pour out of, the filter screen that catches my hard water minerals, and it doesn't take up much room. Highly recommend this and all Cosori products, I have several and always check first to see if they have what I'm looking for.

I had to go back over 6 months to find when I ordered this - every day , all day, when I use it I realized I had not left a review. I definitely wanted to let folks know that this is a GREAT electric kettle. We had no idea we would use it for so much - throw a dab of hot water here, there, all besides tea and coffee and warm lemon water in the morning. It heats the water really quickly - my husband was all DOUBT when I got it - he said the microwave was just fine ---but he is reformed - we both love it. Wish the cord was a bit longer but I could not fault it for that.

You need to be careful when cleaning inside the jar—it’s easy to nick your fingers. Personally, I don’t run into this often since I only boil water (tea/coffee) and don’t put anything inside the kettle.One minor annoyance: the base doesn’t have a cable retaining clip, so the power cord can pop out of place when moving the unit. Not a dealbreaker for me since I keep it in one spot.Real-World UseI use this heavily—about 5 times a day, 5 days a week in my office, and it’s still going strong. I purchased a similar kettle previously which i loved, I like this kettle, but find it a little heavy to lift. Other than that I do like it.
