These came recommended to me from someone at my health food store nearby. They worked so well in preventing me from catching a few codes that went through my house that I keep a package on hand in my house. Definitely recommend for the vitamin contents and health benefits if you are preparing for travel or trying to stay healthy from a cold

Something has been off with this product - giving my husband and me diarrhea when using these at different times the last two months. This product is outstanding and I’ve been buying for the last 4 years on full script. Have bought on Amazon when in a pinch. For whatever reason recently within the last few months I’ve bought from both places and the pills have a smell. I bought last month and took some when I was coming down with something before Thanksgiving and had some stomach issues (diarrhea). I felt like it was from these. So I tried them again last week when I was coming down with a cold and again had stomach issues (diarrhea). My husband then took these a week later and I asked him and his stomach was irritated (diarrhea). I’m so disappointed because this hasn’t happened in the past but the something is going on with these capsules. It’s ashame because they work.
