It goes directly to the wound with silicone adhesive border plus the super absorbent layer . It’s 5 layers dressing.

Will this bandage keep a weeping blister wound from leaking through?

I didn’t use this type of bandage for blisters. I do purchase specific “blister” bandages that would keep a weeping blister from leaking through. These type of bandages designed specifically for blisters also help them heal quicker that traditional bandages.
