save time and money
this stuff works great. sticks to metal very well. no sanding,grinding to good metal. used it on new purlin as a primer over slight rust.

Unable to return
CANNOT RETURN THIS ITEM. This stuff works well and I liked that it came in a spray application. I decided to go with the standard gallon of mold and mildew primer as well- tried to return this but it wasn't allowed. I ended up using it and so far so good.

Good tool to hide ceiling stains.
I have used this on several occasions. It does a good job covering moisture spots on my ceiling. I had several spots that resulted from roof leaks around vents (leaky boots). It will cover over the stains and greatly improve the appearance. It will not likely be an exact match to the color of your ceiling but it will be much less noticeable than the stain.

A bit foamy
It sprayed everywhere on everything and the over spray blew nicely into my face. Have used a lot of rattle can sprays and this is nothing what I expected. It had good coverage and the mildew grew right on top of it just several weeks after applying.
