The item itself was just as advertised and I was attracted by the idea I could dissolve it in coffee. But on a personal level I found I didn't like the taste - ironically, for me, it tasted too 'creamy' ! I suppose as it is called a creamer, I should have taken this as a clue as to what it might taste like. Better perhaps for shakes or something that would mask the flavour. But, as I say, this is just a personal view, nothing wrong with the product per se.

First of, the product used as per instructions will make your coffee/drink taste absolutely disgusting. It has a bucket load of artificial thickeners and it doesn't dissolve very well...I've tried using half a teaspoon here and there as I felt bad for returning but this is not a good product, it's full of fillers and chemicals you shouldn't eat and the actual MCT amounts are low, it's an absolute waste of money

I ordered this to put in my coffee after having something similar when I lived in Mexico, but this was very disappointing. It didn’t dissolve well into the coffee and left lumps floating on the surface and the taste isn’t very pleasant either. I won’t be finishing the tub.

I really wanted to like this stuff. Great reviews. And it seems to work fine, but it tastes horrible. Bought it twice, wanting to change my mind about it. Think I've had enough now. It makes me feel queasy & it spoils the taste of my drinks. I've bought 2 tubs, really wanted to like it but bleugh!

I really wanted this to be good as it is half the price of my usual MCT creamer. Arrived yesterday, first coffee with it this morning. The taste is so bad. Really synthetic almost plastic like. How it can be described as flavourless I really don’t know. It is vile! I tried to chug it down but half way down the mug it made me gag. It was worth a try for the cost difference but honestly I’d rather pay more as this is just horrible. Sorry Natures Aid. I usually like your products but this one is a hard no!
