I really can’t understand how much this supplement has benefitted me. I now fall asleep easier, I sleep deeper, and during the day I have more energy, feel more awake, energetic and fresher. Theres not many supplements that have such a massive impact so quickly after taking it.

Had it now for the last month and I am having a deeper more consistent sleep. Feeling more energy day to day.

It literally does nothing. Think about it—Eddie is new to the market, so why isn’t he offering a money-back guarantee? The answer is simple: he knows the product is flawed and lacks confidence in it. That’s what’s strange to me. Eddie has always seemed fully committed to whatever he pursues, so why is he only half-heartedly going for this?

It might be that regular users of either Beast Pharm or other food supplements are used to it, but I found the size of these individual capsules to be pretty big, not to mention that you need to take 3 at a time. Tried for a couple of consecutive nights, can't really say I noticed a big difference, if anything my legs seemed to feel more restless than usual but might not be related. Whether they do a job or are more of a placebo, if they help you get a good nights kip then fair game. I'll use them on the weekends perhaps when I want to sleep in more, see if they help.

Okay, I may not be the right target audience for this. I got this because of the promise of better sleep so got excited.. Although saying that I do do yoga so I do exercise to some degree. I just don't lift. I like magnesium due to all of the benefits and understand the importance of it's relationship with sleep. It also does a wonder of things, and I've tried various types and brands before, but given the extra ingredients in this I wanted to trial this one. The three main ingredients look pretty convincing in how they describe them, and I was initially confused about the advice to take one 30 minutes before bed but you take them 3 times a day. It doesn't make you sleepy, but I was confused how it could keep you going and also help you sleep! The tablets are a standard size - about the length of a 1p (penny). They don't smell of anything in particular and are easy to swallow. I do think, after a month of being on these, I'm feeling some benefit. I tend to take one with breakfast, one mid-afternoon with a snack and one 30 mins before bed (not with food usually). I have found that potentially I'm sleeping deeper - ie, a little bit more refreshed in the morning as opposed to exhausted (I'm a parent!). My chronic pain is still there from various issues but it does feel marginally more tolerable. And I am finding my harder, more intensive yoga poses a bit easier. Given the above, my verdict has to be a good one. It's quite expensive in comparison to similar products, but bear in mind you don't HAVE to take 3 a day and can take less to make it more affordable. You could just take the night time dose. So, with the addition of the unique blend of ingredients I'm likely going to keep to this brand for my magnesium needs.. Even though I'm not a body builder! Very happy with them and will continue to take them.
