90 seconds in the microwave and voila you have sticky rice. It's such a game changer. I found it sticky and more on the soft side. I made sushi hand rolls with nori sheets, crab, cucumber and avocado. So quick to put together and makes the perfect work from home lunch when you don't have a lot of time.

This rice was hard to break up in the package before cooking, as per instructions. It was not sticky at all. What a waste of money! Will never buy again.

Convenient, good texture and quality. Cooks quickly. Value is good. Not as sticky like Thai sticky rice from my favorite Thai restaurant ( obviously) but good enough substitute.

EDIT to add that I have since purchased this 3x without issue. I have also found that the product is perfectly fine even a full year after "best by" date. ---------------------------------------------------------- I bought the STICKY RICE, and I received what I expected: a pack of 6. My order was placed 06/09/2022 I came to do a review, and I saw the recent reviews (sort by "most recent" for most relevant information. They otherwise have it automatically sorted by "top review", which could be 5 years old). While my review doesnt change, I am now reticent to buy more. I was going to put in an another order. Maybe I will and I can report back whether I got ripped off or not. As an avid reviewer, I will take a chance just so I can share my experience. Convenient sticky rice when I dont want to cook, or for some reason can't cook (power out, house way too hot to turn on stove, illness, laziness, haha). I keep an assortment of ready to eat meals and components on hand. Not for daily use, but just as a means to be prepared. I like knowing that I have something to work with that is super easy. Can be consumed at room temp if need be. Nice to pair it with other Tasty Bites products. I love their Madras Lentils, for example.
