Q: How long does this stay fresh after opening?

Once opened, mine have lasted for months. I have even intentionally left the cap off so that the sauce would dehydrate and intensify, and have seen no degradation in quality. Hot sauces typically have quite a bit of sodium in them, so I think this adds to their shelf life.
