I use this in place of monohydrate because of sleep issues. I’ve been using it for years and find it mixes well and dissolves completely in a shaker cup. There are no clumps, the taste is good and it’s been effective for me.

I ordered this creatine HCL because it’s more concentrated and much easier on the stomach compared to the cheaper creatine monohydrate formulas. I’ve tried monohydrate in the past, but unfortunately, it caused me a lot of bloating and discomfort. I have IBS with constipation, and while I don’t think the bloating was directly related to that, the monohydrate just made me feel overly full and uncomfortable—so I had to stop taking it. That’s when my brother recommended the HCL version, and I’m so glad I listened. Since switching, I’ve had zero bloating, no belly issues, and the best part? You only need a smaller dose to get results, so it feels easier on the body and possibly safer in the long run. This is the best source of this type of creatine. Many other creatine brands actually use CON-CRET in their formulation. Flavor is way better than the pineapple version.

Seems to be working fine. It’s a small container but keep in mind, the scoops are teaspoon. My regret is buying flavored. I got raspberry. It’s really quite tart. And when you put 4 scoops in a glass of water…you almost need another glass of water to wash the taste out. It’s like sucking a lemon with sugar sprinkled over it. Just too strong of a flavor. Might be okay if only using 1-2 scoops.

The only creatine I use! Im 5’10, 252 and 17%bf. I mix this in my AM, preworkout and post workout shakes! Creatine has scientific backing proving its benefits. This is a daily staple supplement for me and comes without any digestive problems such as bloating or stomach discomfort. Highly recommend.

Sweet taste. I also use the unflavored but this is good in my water.
