Taste good, easy to digest, provide the fuel you need on a long distance run. It eat them after about 1hr 15 mins and on a run of more than two hours again at 2hr 15 mins without digestion problems. Only four stars because I don't think they taste quite as good as the discontinued Power Bar equivlant.
