I picked up the Goldfish Flavor Blasted Xtra Cheddar (6.6 oz, pack of 6) mainly for travel and quick snacks, and after going through a few bags, I’ve got a pretty clear take on them. First thing: these are definitely not your regular Goldfish. The “Flavor Blasted” label is accurate. The cheddar flavor is much stronger, almost powdery, and noticeably saltier. If you like bold, cheesy snacks, this hits that craving fast. If you’re used to the classic mild version, this might feel like a jump. What I liked most is how practical they are. I travel a lot, and these work well in a backpack or carry-on. They don’t melt, don’t need refrigeration, and they’re easy to portion out. I’ve used them for: * Road trips (no mess, easy to eat while driving) * Flights (better than most dry snacks served onboard) * Quick desk snacks during work * Something to throw in a kid’s lunch or share casually The resealable-style bag (depending on packaging) helps a bit, but honestly, once opened, they tend to get eaten quickly anyway. One thing worth mentioning: the flavor intensity isn’t always perfectly consistent. Some bags feel more heavily coated than others. Not a huge issue, but noticeable if you go through multiple packs. In terms of value for money, I think it’s fair but not exceptional. You’re paying a bit more for the “Flavor Blasted” experience and the convenience of multiple bags. If you snack on these regularly, the pack size makes sense. If it’s occasional, a single bag might be enough. From a practical standpoint, these are best when you want something quick, flavorful, and filling enough to hold you over between meals. They’re not really a “healthy snack,” and they don’t pretend to be, but they do the job well when convenience matters. Would I buy them again? Yes, but not as my only snack. I’d probably mix them with other lighter options so the flavor doesn’t get tiring. Good snack, strong flavor, just slightly too intense (and salty) to be perfect.

This is exactly what I ordered, and works great. I keep a stockpile of these goldfish in my college dorm, and this works great for that. Very easy to just grab a bag and eat them, in the bags are the right size to snack on. The ones that I got expire in 3 to 4 months, and that's a great time frame for me. Taste great!

These arrived very fresh and they are yummy flavored, crunchy, zesty, and delicious!

Ok there have been a lot of reviews about people getting expired products, and most of them were people seeing the wrong year. I got mine a year and a half before the expiration date! It was an amazing purchase and it was definitely worth the mere $15 I paid. They are a great purchase and I can’t stress enough how cheap these are for the quality

Background: I've lived in Wisconsin for more than 20 years. These are good, and fresh, and a decent value, and they work as part of the daily snacks my kids need because school lunches are no longer really a lunch but more like a little snack they get in the middle of the day between "morning snack" and "afternoon snack." But I digress... I have a problem with these Goldfish: they are too cheesy. The flavor is off somehow and it occurred to me as I ate basically an entire bag, they are almost too cheesy in flavor.
