Arrived undamaged in short order. The texture was like full carb pasta. They are a little more firm and take a bit longer to cook. The flavor, to me, was about the same as regular pasta. The carbs are about half of regular pasta. I would buy these again.

Absolutely love this pasta. Have been using it for the past year at least for my wife and I. We make our kids regular pasta still because let’s face it kids don’t usually need to watch their weight and ours are no exception. This does have to cook longer than regular pasta but, still for the amount of calories per serving this is by far and away worth it. It also tastes just as good and the texture is very similar. I think I’d be a little hard pressed to tell the difference between this pasta and regular pasta. The only thing that sucks is the price premium. Other than that it’s a great, most importantly, HEALTHY alternative to regular pasta.

Yes, it's expensive. But it is by far the best lower carb pasta alternative I've found. I'm a pasta snob. I'd rather go without than eat a zoodle, miracle noodle, or palmini. These are made in Italy and are the closest, taste and texture wise, to traditional pasta. I justify the price of these because they go a long way. Probably due to the high fiber content, they are much more filling than traditional semolina pasta. So I can get almost 4 servings out of an 8 ounce box. They carry sauce well and are good cold in salads. Even to get them properly al dente, they take on the longer side of the suggested cooking time. Well worth it to fulfill my pasta indulgence, which I need to limit anyway due to diet restrictions. So for me, these are a must. But if you aren't counting calories, or carbs to a lesser extent (these are by no means keto), I don't see a reason to buy the multi pack. For those curious, start with a single box. Personally I like the variety of shapes and the small discount by buying in bulk.

Amazing! I eat low carb, and this was a complete game changer bc now I can have my own macaroni and cheese , my own pasta salad, spaghetti, etc! They taste just like regular noodles and the price is great for a variety pack! I never feel like i'm missing out anymore and they're at a good price! When the box says 10-15 minutes, make sure it's 15-20 Because I always cook these noodles along with regular noodles for my family and the regular ones only take 10 minutes and I notice these take longer so i start them before the reg ones, but no big deal! So worth it!

I don't eat regular pasta very often so maybe my taste buds are playing a horrible trick, but I feel like the taste, texture and chewiness make this a solid low carb substitute that I will continue to purchase.
