Do I have to re-hydrate these to unlock the spice? I ate 4 whole ones as is and it was not spicy at all, maybe raw serrano level of spice.

I ordered them three times. The first time they were very spicy, blistering even. The last two times, habanero and Serrano respectively. To answer your question, I did not rehydrate them. I simply put them in my dedicated chili grinder.

Do these peppers have seeds still in them?

They do, but they do not germinate.

Does this product being a dried version rather than a fresh version mean it's spicier/hotter, or would a fresh peper be spicier?

I found out that it contains the same amount of capsaicin, so for the same weight, it should be spicier/the same.

do i just eat them like this? because i dont know how to plant.

i crushed mine up like the red peppers from a pizza place . and trust me you dont need a lot, this pepper will make you throw up. so just make sure you have a lot of milk.

Freaking hot, love it!! Its what you want (or dont) haha Come like this in a ziploc bag! I put one in a vodka Smirnoff bottle and in 2 day, the taste of vodka go away and the spicy one is just perfect!! Now a week pass since i put it in the bottle and im not sure i want to taste it again!!
