These noodles are great. They taste exactly like whole wheat noodles.

Being a T1D, I'm always on the look out for LC diet friendly options and happened across this via YouTube. Always skeptical due to the blood sugar impact many products have while claiming to be low carb. Everyone is different and finding the right products (outside of cooking whatever it is myself), can be challenging. Bought this and while a little pricey, followed the cooking instructions and tested the texture and flavor, While a little chewy and a little sticky on the teeth, the flavor was pretty good. Decided to try with a homemade LC cheese sauce and again, chewy but tasty. Tested blood sugar prior, 2 hours later then 3 hours and still 100% stable (I did correct after eating with 3 units of fast acting). Usually, the reaction climbs after a few hours but even after that one correction, still stable. Will see what the final result is next day. So far though, very pleased and amazed this was made available. I may test out ways to cook it to reduce the chewy factor but so far, pretty good!

Taste is gonna be very slightly off from actual pasta IMO. Held together very well while boiling. Pasta size is slightly larger than standard elbow. Carbs are about half of regular pasta if you're counting total, if you're counting net it's an easy A+ at 3 net carbs per serving. Texture of the pasta is slightly grainy if undercooked I found perfection at 4 minutes cook time. I find the protien content of this to be adequate depending on serving size of your recipie.

I use a lot of shiritaki noodles, and gluten free noodles. At first I thought it was just a learning curve with this pasta, like different types of gluten free pasta works best for different recipes. I tried mac n cheese and I tried cold pasta salad. I cooked it al dente as suggested, it turned to mush when chewed even though the pasta was firm and tasted slightly undercooked, it's just very unappealing for both texture and taste. I'll stick with Miracle noodles.

Not a bad product. Taste is alright, texture is different than regular pasta.

Great pasta maybe need a cook a little longer then what's on the package. Used to the taste but it's not as bad as some of the others out there.

I really wanted to like this pasta. I have made several different preparations. It’s just a very gummy pasta. It’s filling, but it is not pleasant to eat.

First off This stuff is amazing... I know at first it seems expensive but if you divide the cost by 12 considering the portion size, it's actually a really cost effective way to add alot of protein fiber and micro nutrients to you diet.. I can easily make very delicious low carb low calorie 50 gram protein meals for around 5 dollars ... as an Italian American I love my pasta and this is great for al dente lovers like me it comes out perfect using the instructions on the package... the flavor of the pasta is so mild I tastes just like the pasta you know and love when you make any dish... can't say enough good things about this pasta .... and from what I've seen even more varieties are coming... Aviate has freaking cracked the code!!!

This is a very good product. Unlike some others it does not taste unusual

I normally get the rotini but felt like macaroni. Pretty good but a little more dense than the rotini, feels more like eating beans after you've chewed.

Did not like the taste.

Pas de glucides parfait pour keto

Worked real well for baked Mac and cheese.
