Amazing mask! I purchased other La Neur products which I loved so I was curious about the mask. Definitely not a disappointment. This mask within a week helped me clear some of my acne without drying out my skin. It's light and gives a tingling sensation when on which means it's working. Definitely worth it!

This is a great product! Not only is it gentle enough for me to use daily ( non- toxic & gentle on my skin) but it brightens my complexion & gets rid of the black heads! Exactly as described!

This is a good product. Basic ingredients, easy to use. I have tried peel-off charcoal masks and haven't really liked any of them (you have to use way too much to make them thick enough to pull off easily, and even though I often spend forever pulling off pieces). But this wash-off version is so much better. I agree with other reviewers, you can feel the mask tightening as it dries and it leaves your skin smooth and soft. I've used the mask three times now and like it. My only "complaint" is that it's not practical to have the typical "wait time" to use a mask on a regular basis. I only have enough time to use a mask one-to-two days/week. So it's going to take a while for me to use the mask enough/consistently to see its effect.*I had a small problems with the pump for my bottle, and the company was very responsive and has great customer service.

This mask is very different than any other masks I’ve used. It doesn’t go on cakey and, in fact, disappears into your skin. But as it dries, you can feel your skin tightening. I washed it off with ease after 20 minutes and my skin feels very smooth and radiant! Highly recommend you try this mask!

Usually, I am not big on face cleanser - a cleanser is a cleanser after all - but this one was so much different than what I have normally experienced. As the wash dried, my face was already starting to feel cleaner, and when I washed it off, my whole face felt like new. I have only used it once so far, but the item didn't cause me any issues with itching and I feel clean without feeling dried out.
