Mixed feelings! I had this product before and really loved it. It has a great smell and works amazing in the hair! But as I purchased this last time, first it arrived completely empty, because the bottle cap was open, there was no seal to prevent leakage, and all liquid came out of the bottle in the package. As I asked for a replacement , I received a new bottle, again with no plastic seal, and even though this time it didn’t leak, the liquid color looks amber while I am used to this product having clear liquid inside. Seems like in general some quality issues and can’t trust you will receive consistent product quality every time.
