What is the shelf life?

As long as you keep the hot sauce in a dark, cool place it has a long shelf-life. I use it a great deal and so I don’t worry about how long it will keep.

I'm a huge fan of the sauce, but have been burned in the past buying bulk. Is the flavor of the half gallon the same as the smaller bottles?

I buy the XXX Habanero only. No difference.

Does this one still have the color dyes in it or is this jug the new version without the dyes added?

The smaller bottles of El Yucateco have been switched to the no dye formula, however the half gallons not yet.
