Expensive crisper
Really adds crispness to flour coatings, but it's getting really expensive. I may have to go back to using cheaper cornstarch.

Works as advertised
It actually works. Replaced 20% of the cornstarch I usually use in Korean fried chicken batter and it was notably crispy and stayed that way for well over an hour after being sauced in fish sauce caramel.

Helps to crisp up chicken 🍗, without using flour!
I used this to air fry chicken, added it to my almond flour, and spices, and it helped to add a crispy coating. It is wheat dextrin! Low carb, 0 sugar, high fiber!

If you know, then you know
This review is biased. Not because the product is bad. Its because I didn't need it, because I was already making good fried chicken, and adding this to my batter transformed a great recipe into consistently bad results. If you use this, follow the directions. If figure out you dont need it, dont buy it.
