I just purchased an ICON 73" tool box and really wanted to go the extra distance getting it organized. I agonized over which wrench organizers to purchase since there are so many kinds out there. Ernst was the brand that kept coming up. Not the cheapest when you have as many wrenches as i do but once I got them loaded I was quickly okay with the investment. The magnets are strong and with the additional weight of loading the wrenches you can slam the drawer all you want and the wrench organizers and wrenches aren't going anywhere. In addition to the magnets there are cleats that grip the drawer liner. The plastic is solid feeling and they snap together easily and interlock perfectly. I decided to go with one color as it is my box and I know the metric are on the right side and the SAE are on the left.. That is just the way I do it and it works. If you are reading this go ahead and buy these, they are great and they will make your work more efficient.

If you're like me, you love the Packout system, but you have a lot of tools that didn't come with a red label. Finding universal solutions can be a real headache. As a DIY guy, I have an absolute hodgepodge of wrenches. Some were my grandfather's and others were acquired in stages. Most are old school Craftsman, but I have a couple of Matco's, a Blue Point, and one (1) vintage Snap-on. Go figure. I bought a red set of these wrench holders, and when assembled in the proper lengths, they fit darned near perfectly in a Packout drawer. To overcome the issue with Ernst designing their product to affix to steel toolboxes with magnets, I'm using adhesive magnetic steel plates that are available here on Amazon. You could also use 3M VHB tape, etc. I stuck the little adhesive plates to the drawer underneath where Ernst put the magnets. Drawbacks: 1. Price. They're made in USA and both the quality and price reflect that. (Except the labels. The adhesive on them is kind of disappointing) I consciously made the decision to buy something domestically manufactured, but if you already took out a home equity loan to afford the Packout system, you might be broke and want to buy a cheaper offshore substitute. 2. If you're a mobile tech, this probably isn't going to be optimal unless you have an air suspension and drive like a grandma, because the wrenches may bounce loose in the back of your truck or van. In that case, you could buy a bunch of tiny rare earth magnets and superglue them in the crevices in the underside of the product. I might actually do this if I ever have time for arts and crafts. (Ernst: this would be a nice design improvement.) If you're rolling your tools around a garage, a plant, or your farm, this is a great solution.

The magnets may need re-glued but other than that these work as well as you expect them too.
