Beautiful book on emotional intelligence for children!
Noko the Knight is a beautifully written book that educated children on difficult emotions with friends and family regarding change, and African names and animals. The illustrations are vibrant and at the end, thoughtful and age appropriate exercises are provided for children to learn about empathic and compassionate relating. Highly recommended for families and schoolteachers, or any caretaker with a young child.

I foresee this tale making wonderful impact not only within families at home
"Noko The Knight" has crept into our hearts and was truly a special read with my niece Isabella! I foresee this tale making wonderful impact not only within families at home, but also deeper within our community, encouraging both children (and their parents!) to be more mindful of our behavior and the effect this has on those around us. This story is very well structured, and has an added value of being educational too. I am ecstatic as "Noko The Knight" is also available in my mother tongue (Greek)!

I love this book! It's a fantastic tool to talk with children about how to process emotions wrapped in a sweet story where we can learn a little about South Africa, too!

Helps Children Process Difficult Emotions and Change through an interesting story at their own pace
Noko the Knight is a beautifully written book that helps children process difficult emotions with friends and family while experiencing a significant change in their life.Children don’t know how to express themselves as they cope and adjust to the change, the feelings their experiencing is unfamiliar; but this book helps children to transition having a sibling through a very interesting story with amazing characters that they can relate to and at their own pace. It also demonstrates to children the huge impact kindness and compassion towards others can make. It’s a very good book for the whole family and definitely a helpful tool for parents; helping their children adjust to any change. The book is also available in my mother tongue - Afrikaans. So it’s exciting that I can read to our little girl in my native tongue.
