How long does this last once opened?

There is a date on the jar that says "best by XX". They recommend refrigerate after opening which should prolong the life. Mine never seem to last more than 2 weeks anyway before I need to re-order.

Yes, it's in a glass jar. All of our 8 oz. nut and seed butters are in glass jars. We really care about the environment so we hope that you re-use them a few times before you recycle them! They make great jars for bulk spices or tea.

Love it!

Delicious! It’s not completely smooth, but I don’t mind in the least. It’s pure pistachio butter without salt or sugar so you can add that on your own to your taste. I used it making pistachio latte and drizzled over ice cream. Both uses made great products. I would make sure to mix it well before use since the oil does sit at the top of the container. I would buy this again!
