Laguna Bay Spas 6-Person 51-Jet Hot Tub

Perfect for 2 or 3 people if you like to move around to let the jets hit different areas of your back. There is no way I would want 6 people in this because we would be shoulder to shoulder with all of our feet piled on top of each other? The light feature cover fell off within 2 weeks so we just super glued it on. The jet strength knob stripped out within a couple months and we had to take a side wall off to access the assembly to repair it. Other than that, great product for the price!

After filling our hot tub, all the water leaked out. Called the manufacturer immediately, left several messages, emails & finally got a response 2 weeks later (after I called them). They contracted with a repairman who fixes hot tubs but only part time - on Saturdays. He said many of the jets were broken, ordered parts, and installed them several weeks later - only when he was free on a Saturday -- nice guy, just works infrequently. Weeks after purchase, we were able to use the tub. Soon thereafter, half of the cover filled with water [I think it's evaporating steam that gets trapped in it]. Have written to and called the manufacturer - no response & can't even leave a message on their voice mail. About the tub: jets are weak; it's more like a giant soaking tub, cover is ill fitting which drives up heating costs and it fills with water. Amazon was great help with troubleshooting problems - but they should remove this item because of the lousy manufacturer's customer service.

Cant believe this spa was priced so low. We were very concerned about buying a spa over the internet but Amazon made it very easy with there return policy. The spa is very heavy and well made, so you need to prepare to have all the neighbors over when it arrives as the trucking company was not a lot of help. Spa runs quiet, insulation looks good, jets are wonderful, and digital controls are very simple to operate. I still dont know why the same spa is 7K from local dealers? Overall, great spa, great price, and great quality, but be ready upon delivery as very hard to move.

Biggest waste of money!! You really do get what you pay for. Started leaking after a week and could not get any response from manufacturer.
