Great value and very useful for exercising at home

Good product does what it should.

This resistance bands set has made working out at home incredibly easy, especially on busy days when I don’t have time for the gym. With 4 resistance levels, handles, door anchor, and a carry bag, it gives me a full-body workout anytime, anywhere. The best part is that the resistance increases at the peak of each movement, which actually makes some exercises more effective than using dumbbells. I use it for strength training, stretching, and core work, and it’s helped me stay consistent without needing much space or time. The protective sleeves are a nice touch too durable, safe, and comfortable. No more excuses this set really keeps me on track. However, the only thing I am going to look out for is the compatibility of the handles with the bands which feels a bit mismatched but it does the job. As for durability- I’m going to keep an eye out and update! It’s appropriately weighted and the length is ideal- I have a wide armspan and it’s suitable- but you can adjust grip to make it work for you and provide a little more or less resistance

Good quality bands. Great to train for head pull exercise and using multiple when starting. They stay in place and don't slide when training. The mid length proves a good help from my knee when doing head pull. The colour helps to recognise the strength in seconds. I've wasted money on buying cheaper ones before which snap within few uses. Absolutely no wear on those after a few weeks of use - great quality.

The bands seem substantial enough and made from decent quality materials. The handles aren’t great - the fabric doesn’t move around within the handle so they can feel wonky when holding and moving at different angles. The bands differ in stretch which is obviously good but they also differ in length which makes transition between them inconsistent

Ich habe mir das 6er-Set Fitnessbänder bestellt, um mein Training zuhause und unterwegs flexibler zu gestalten – und ich bin wirklich positiv überrascht. Die Bänder kommen in verschiedenen Widerstandsstufen, von sehr leicht bis richtig anspruchsvoll. Dadurch eignen sie sich sowohl zum Aufwärmen, für Reha-Übungen oder auch für intensivere Kraftübungen. Besonders praktisch finde ich, dass die Stärken farblich gekennzeichnet sind – so muss man nicht lange überlegen, welches Band man für welche Übung nimmt. Die Qualität macht einen stabilen Eindruck. Ich habe die Bänder bisher mehrmals für Bein- und Schulterübungen genutzt, und sie leiern nicht aus und rollen sich auch nicht unangenehm ein. Ein kleiner Beutel zum Verstauen war ebenfalls dabei, perfekt für unterwegs oder fürs Fitnessstudio. Alles in allem ein super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Wer ein vielseitiges und platzsparendes Trainings-Tool sucht, macht mit diesem Set nichts falsch.
