⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I wasn’t sure what to expect, but this ear wax removal kit exceeded my expectations. The camera connects easily to my phone and provides a clear image, making it much easier to safely clean my ears without guessing. The included tools are well-made, and the app setup was straightforward. Everything worked right out of the box. It’s a unique product that’s actually practical and effective. Definitely glad I gave it a try.

Very easy to use. This ear light and its app are very reliable. I have had other ear lights where either the app or the light itself were faulty or didn’t work well. The image is clear and the ear cleaning tools are appropriate and useful. A great price for a really good ear light .

I have tried several different brands of these things, and I have to say this one is by far the best as far as how clear the images are. I love that you can take the ear wax scoop off because I don't use them. I only got it so I could check to see how my eardrum looks, if it looks like it's infected or not. I ordered this one because I could remove the tip, but also because with my old one, the images were getting so blurry it was impossible to see anything. So I wanted to get a different brand to try, and saw that with this one I could take off the screw-on tip, which was important to me. I have sensitive ears, so those tips tend to make my ears bleed. That was one of my biggest requirements, along with good reviews and a decent camera. This met them all. It was a big bonus that this one was actually cheaper than the other brands I had tried. It is really easy to set up; a child could do it. And if you have a family of 4, this is great because it comes with 4 different colored silicone earpieces so you don't hurt yourself. You could assign each person a color so you all have your own adapter pieces. Plus, it also has one that you can attach to look more closely at the skin. When I got mine tonight, I plugged it in to finish charging, and I don't think it was even on the charger for 30 minutes before it finished topping off the full charge. It also comes with some metal ear cleaning tools, but they look like they could really damage the skin in your ears if you're not careful. I have already recommended this to a friend. We both have hearing issues and can be prone to infections. I already found out that I have a hole in my eardrum, which completely explains my severe dizziness lately. So if you or your family members are prone to wax or prone to infections, this would definitely be worth it. You will be shocked at the clarity of the images and the ease of use. Just go slow and follow the directions. For me, it was 1000% worth it.

I also like that it connects right to your phone. The app was easy to set up and once it’s connected you can watch everything in real time. It’s reassuring to know exactly what you’re doing instead of just guessing. It comes with a lot of attachments, which is great for keeping things clean, especially if more than one person is using it. The different tips make it feel more hygienic and practical for a family. It’s lightweight, easy to hold, and the battery lasts a long time, so you’re not constantly needing to charge it. The only thing I wish was different is that you could remove the ear scoop completely and just use it as a camera. Sometimes I just want to check without actually cleaning, and having the scoop attached makes it feel a little less flexible. Overall, this is a really handy tool that makes ear care easier and more controlled at home. Just take your time with it and go slowly, especially at first. UPDATE- I did figure out that you can unscrew the spoon and take a look without the ear wax removal tool. It is a bit scratchy from there the spoon attaches so you must be very careful however, it can be done.

Weird to use. Need to figure out how to do opposite actions to receive right ones. Does work though. I was bummed my ears were clean! Lol

Product works as well as you would expect; you get clear video of the inside of your ear canal. There are a nice assortment of silicon tips with various shapes in order to let you get the best chance of wax removal. The silicon is very soft, so no risk of scratching. However, it is possible to have the metal tip rip through the silicon. They give you two different metal tips; one flat, one curved. The app is pretty straight forward with minimal lag. It will remind you every time you go to use it to ensure the tip is fully attached before going. This is useful in case you accidentally stabbed the metal tip through the silicon (it happens) or you accidentally loosened the metal tip. It would be nice if I could disable the pop-up every time, or have it show up occasionally, but I understand why they do it. Well, today I was using it, and the tip snapped off in my ear. It didn't come unscrewed like it warned. It didn't have the silicon tip slide off like it warned. It literally had the metal tip shear off the top of the tool. It almost looks like the metal tip is held onto the metal camera by black plastic. Fortunately, I was able to use the camera to guide a pair of tweezers to pull the tip out, but that's still very scary/dangerous to have something snap off in your ear! Oh, and of course, right after my Amazon return window closed. So in summary, if you have a lot of wax in your ears that drops won't clear, this will do the job for you. It will not, however, do it for much more than two months, so understand it's disposable and might leave a present behind in your ear.

This is an amazing item it has a camera and an app to download allowing you to see what you are doing, which enables you to make sure you go too far. Also it allows you to take video and pictures enabling you to show your doctor if you see anything abnormal helping make the doctor visit smoother and treatment easier

Muy buen producto pero creo que hay varios puntos a mejorar. 1. Es increíblemente fácil que se te ensucie la cámara, podría tener una herramienta de limpieza 2. La pinza removedora es demasiado larga para quitar cerilla cerca del tímpano lo cual podría ser peligroso, debería tener una pinza más chica 3. Debería tener su propio estuche, solo la puedes guardar en la caja que es de muy mala calidad. Pero en si el producto es fantástico.

El producto llegó bien, las instrucciones son simples. Si se pudo vincular a la app del producto, la cámara se ve un poco nítido pero con esa visión es fácil de maniobrar. Tiene amplios accesorios para realizar la limpieza adecuadamente, sus cuidados son sencillos. Vale la pena
