What size capsule would I use if I wanted to put it in a capsule to avoid the taste?

I have the vegetable capsules from dōTERRA, I think they only carry 1 size. I highly recommend their capsules. Side note, the taste is really not that bad, I prob will skip the capsules/ mixing into drinks.
