It’s good noodles. You can use in any noodle recipe. Also very quick to cook.

I would say it depends on how you use these noodles. If you're a health nut these are probably ones you would go for when cooking, but for gluten intolerance looking for some form of noodles to eat to satiate a craving, these aren't great just good enough. Personally, I find with these kinds of noodles that when you have a thick flavourful sauce, it's a bit diminished by the noodles because they are brown rice in nature.
