High quality, fresh beans!
I generally don't order coffee from Amazon. I ordered this on a whim and here is my opinion on these beans. They simply were some of the freshest beans I have ever ordered. They were well packaged and clean. They roasted evenly and tasted wonderful. If you are looking for a high quality, clean, well sourced product, this is it!

Received my beans on Saturday. Got my first roast of 12 ounces going yesterday on my Behmor 1600 plus. I usually allow up to 4 days for coffee to rest before brewing. Made an exception with this one and brewed my first cup this morning using a fine grind. For me, this coffee is flavorful with earthy notes and medium body. Very nice! Will consider a city+ roast on my next batch and a longer rest time. I can only imagine the outstanding results with this great coffee!

Just Alright
There is nothing wrong with this coffee but if you're the type of person that goes to the trouble of roasting your own coffee, you might find this a bit lacking. Even with careful tasting I can't discern a distinct element in this coffee. But if a smooth mild brew is what you're after then this might work.

Easy to roast beans
I received these bean and roasted them immediately, they roasted very constantly and evenly, very easy to roast in my SR 500. After letting them rest for a day I brewed them this morning with the Clever dripper and I am impressed. I got away from Colombian coffee when I started roasting my own but will get these again. Great cup of coffee!
