Fresh flavor and crisp texture
The taste is like fresh fruit but the texture is crisp. I also tried adding bits to my kefir overnight culturing -- turned out great!

Added Vegetable Oil. Pass on this one
Should've read the reviews before I purchased. I had previously bought a different brand which was healthy with ONE ingredient...JACKFRUIT. This product has vegetable oil, which adds calories and fat. The nutritional content wasn't one of the pictures available when I purchased.

Recommend learning about Jackfruit be4 buying
The chips are very sweet & have a very mild taste that I cannot describe. I was surprised when I checked the nutritional info. the saturated fat level seems crazy high in a fruit product. Before I ordered Jackfruit chips I spoke with at least 5 people that eat fresh Jackfruit, they said the fruit was tart. Given the fact that Jackfruit is not available in CO, the fruits size is similar to a large watermelon except rounder (football) & I didn’t have a clue on preparing them, I hesitated to buy fresh Jackfruit @ (pre-t) $28 each! The chips were GREAT, good color, texture was great (crispy) & U think they are good quality.

This product is delicious and within 10 min everything is gone. I will be repurchasing this product. But, the price and size made me think for a minute before ordering it. Yes, it will be nice if the price and quantity improve little bit for everyone to buy it.
