Sinon très facile à utiliser, mais il est impossible de savoir le résultat de l'utilisation avant les 6 à 12 prochains mois. *** Mise à jour 2026-02-13 : J'aime beaucoup le iRestore, les résultats ne sont pas extraordinaire en terme de repousse de cheveux mais il n'y a surtout aucune nouvelle perte, ce qui est excellent. Hier, mon appareil à simplement cessé de faire de la lumière malgré le fait qu'il s'allume comme d'habitude. J'ai communiqué avec le service à le clientèle via le chat de leur site web et une vraie personne m'a répondue. En un nombre très limité d'échange le problème était soumis et le lendemain iRestore m'a contacté pour me dire qu'on allait m'envoyer un nouveau casque. Le service à la cliente est VRAIMENT exceptionnel, rapide et extrèmement efficace et ils honorent leur garantie.

Only just got the Professional and tried it once and it seems to be very good quality and simple instructions. Plug it in and the timer starts for you and shuts off when your time is up. I'll do it every other day and see what happens. It's very well made and fits very well and comfortable, you'll forget it's there.

I have only used this product for a couple of weeks so far but find it comfortable and convenient to use. I set a repeat alarm on my iPhone to remind me to use it every other evening. I did not purchase the battery as I have an outlet by my chair and since I use it in the evening while watching tv I find this convenient enough. It fit well right out of the box so I did not have to use different foam pads to change the fit. It will take a few months to see how effective it will be for me but so far I am happy with my purchase.

I gave the IRestore an honest try, using it as described. While it did not work for me, the company reached out after 9 months and offered a full refund which I accepted and they honoured. I am so pleased to find a company, in this age of uncertainty, with integrity. Very much appreciated. I would say do not hesitate to give this product a try as it may work for you. It is working for me although very slow results are worth it. I have reached out to the company several times requesting larger pads for the inside so it stops sliding around as too loose. The company has not responded at all…also regarding the warranty. It is only good if you purchase from their website. If purchased on Amazon there is no iRESTORE warranty. 8th MONTH UPDATE in the beginning I had previously been using a device called Hairmax and had 1/2" visible growth. I thought that a hair cap (iRestore) would be more convenient than the hand-held device. After what I thought was a good start with device (only because I had previous good results with another device) there have been NO VISIBLE RESULTS using this device consistently as suggested. I had MAJOR HAIR FALL constantly, (as well as my new hair growth from other device disappeared). My hair now is thinner than before I started with this device. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEVICE TO ANYONE. A SERIOUS WASTE OF MONEY!!!! DO NOT BUY!

This red light therapy professional helmet is made well. Easy to use with the simple buttons on remote to operate. I’m happy to say it’s soft and comfortable while using. I’ve used it every other day as recommended. It’s only been a total of 4x using, but here’s what I’ve noticed so far. I’ve had a lot of hair fall out prior to using this device which was already scary for me. I was a little concerned as the company says possible hair shedding as the weak hair comes out and stronger hair will grow. It made sense to me. Today I’ve noticed a significant improvement of hair shedding than prior to using this device and fuller hair at the crown. I was super happy not to see so much hair coming out from my head. I will continue to use and I’m sure I will be back to update on my hair experience at month six. Maybe 5 stars?!?! TBD. Also I know it a pricey device, however the company offers a money back guarantee if you don’t see or have improvements with your journey. A win win imo.
