Update on previous review:I've bought two pairs of these and overall really like them!I'm 6'1"/200lbs, I first bought Ds because I'd read the sizing chart incorrectly and they were a bit too large for me and didn't really fit my body type, but they bought Cs (800g) and they feel much more natural and comfortable, and I think the shape is perfect.The silicone is good quality and the shape is very natural looking. Worn under clothes they look and feel very natural and the shaped center definitely makes them more breathable and helps them conform to the body better than other flat ones that I've tried. I've also tried brands that over time became more flatter or lost bounce that made them natural, but so far the quality of these has maintained well. I also like the material they come with to stick back onto when finished, because it's a large surface and maintains well, while others I've used came with plastic that fell apart pretty easily.Only criticism I have is that I do with the adhesive was a bit stickier. Especially for anything larger than a small it doesn't really hold on it's own, though under a bra it works pretty well. The adhesive also can lose stickiness with sweat, so I think for long-term use, adhesive spray is probably necessary or at least preferred.Overall very good quality for the price, I bought more expensive pairs that didn't hold up as well or look as real, so I definitely recommend them.

Will not stay in place with it own adhesive. Not worth going with they as a bra is needed to keep them in place.

These feel great while wearing and stay in place.

Being a very large-bodied person, I do wish these came in a bigger size but I used the largest available at DD. That said, they are VERY solid. Hefty. Absolutely the sort of weight you expect out of silicone and the satisfying flesh-like behavior associated with that material. So far, I haven't had any issues with them filling a bra and staying in place, simply inserted them and went about as normal- just with tons more confidence! If they're the right size for you, then these are excellent forms for filling out clothes!
