Finely found a thumb drive that my android phone will connect to so I can save my pics off my phone.nice I was able check in ad be sure it would fit my phone.fast shipping & good price. Came with adapter for my android phone.recommend this one.

Very easy to use, download the app and it walks you through it. I love that it remembers what has been downloaded so the same photos are not saved multiple times taking up space. Small in size so easy to take anywhere you need.

It worked fine, nice looking

The set up for this device was reasonably straightforward, but the device was unusable after the first backup. Here are the details: I plugged the drive into my phone and I was prompted to install the app which manages the file transfer. Unfortunately, my phone battery died during the initial backup. After recharging my phone to 100%, I tried to do another backup. The app (or the phone) did not recognize the drive. As a result, I could not do a file transfer. I then tried plugging the drive into another phone and another computer—no response. I the uninstalled the app, turned the phone off, turned it back on and reinstalled the app. No response. No recognition of the drive. After trying similar techniques and reading the instructions, I included that the flash drive was unusable. Since the drive was no longer recognized by the app (or any phone or computer), I am also unsure of what, if any, information was copied to the drive during the original transfer. As a result, I am not going to return it. This item is either part of a scam or just a very low quality product. Do not waste your time or money on this flash drive. It does not work.

I bought this to free up space on my phone, and it worked exactly as expected. It was easy to set up, transfers files quickly, and the extra storage has been really helpful for photos and videos. Definitely a useful device to have.

Welp. The instructions were very easy. However I got this error message on my ipad once I attempted to transfer my photos. I’ve attempted multiple times to locate this access switch. Can anyone help with this problem? Thank you. Error Your app has been denied to access to the photo library. Please open access switch in [settings - Privacy - Photo].

It all worked fine but eventually I had small issue and the customer support was fantastic in following up with me and making sure they didn’t leave me until I was completely satisfied. I haven’t received service like this is a long time. You made a customer for life! Thanks for all your help and follow up with me!
