This product was turned on to me by fitness expert Ray Binkowski (Eat By Color, OCB Midwest States, Fitworkz and Ergoteknix). This is anecdotal on my part but I feel like it has aided in workout recovery and helped with quality sleep. In theory, it should also help with overall immune defense. I take it routinely every night and will continue to do so.

I try to remember to take one capsule a day simply because I'm told it helps all the other vitamins you take absorb into your body better..
My husband uses this for sleeping every night. It doesn't work for me, but it does for him. He takes 3 capsules a night.
