Loved this taste great

I put this directly in my coffee every morning (not as a latte, just in my black coffee) and not only is it delicious, but it's SO GOOD FOR YOU!! In addition to the turmeric, cinnamon, and ginger (which by now most people know are good for you) it also has ashwagandha, galangal, kola, rose petal powder, licorice root, nutmeg, and black pepper! These are all known to have health-maintaining properties, but you'll need to look them up because I don't want to run afoul of any rules about claims. But even if you don't care about that, the taste is fantastic! Try it! You'll be so glad that you did!

I create my own liver cleanser since dose costs way too much, I find this makes it easy when creating a 16oz amount of beverage, I do find the scoop in any size smaller than 16 oz is too much. And doesn't mix very well outside of using a blender. I also kind of wish that the turmeric was more curcumin versus just turmeric. I can tell it's not curcumin because it is a brown color and therefore I actually purchased pure curcumin to blend with it. I also combine it with milk thistle, dandelion, licorice root and orange juice. But I like this blend because it has also the body of regular turmeric and Rose and other healthy additive pieces all in one. I just don't like that the scooper is so huge and it claims to be put in an 8 oz glass of warm liquid, but it does not blend well with that much. It blends better with 16 oz.

Blends easily & tastes great!!

Kind of tastes like sweet potato pie but it is really a great mix. I add some spicy chai powder and some fresh ground black pepper with this mix to create the best drink ever.

VERY mild flavor...doesn't mix well in water=even tepid temperature, l guess in smoothies it would blend better.

This is a really great option for anyone looking for golden milk or is trying to incorporate some great herbal powerhouses into their diet. I already take a lot of supplements but turmeric and ashwaganda usually require a serving of 3 caps+ each and I just can’t add any more pills to my diet. I want the benefits of these herbs and this drink tastes great and adds value. I don’t add any sugar to it at all and it still has a slightly sweet taste that’s earthy and totally pleasant to me. I mix the powder into frothed warm milk. I also prefer not taking extracts so this meets all of my needs. Effective and high quality. Will buy again and again.
