Worked perfectly! The grinder didn’t work at all without the gasket - good as new again!

Much larger than OEM gasket, but works even better. Another reviewer showed a photo of this gasket next to the original one that came with the Encore grinder. It is much larger, but it sits differently on the grinder, so even though it is larger and a different shape it still fits perfectly. Instead of the gasket fitting within the plastic mounting ring, this one sits outside the ring and has 2 plastic slots that it aligns with. See my photo showing the old gasket installed (all broken and chipped up) while this new larger gasket is sitting around it at the same time. This larger gasket design that sits outside the plastic ring actually works much better because it doesn't get caught in the blades like the OEM part.

These are pretty nice -- they are better than the stock gaskets they replaced on my grinder because they are taller and keep coffee from getting stuck in between the hopper and the base of the grinder

No no no - this is NOT the right gasket for Encore grinders. It is entirely the wrong size. It looks nothing like the original nor the illustration in the manual.
