It will be essential to teach people to name their feelings in order for them to understand them and regulate them. There are tons of fun activities you can do as a family with this wheel, like giving examples of what they felt during the day. Normalize processing your feelings!

I liked the particular color scheme I chose for this which were subtle, tasteful colors. Like the idea behind the emotion wheel very much. Clients can relate to this--it helps them narrow down more exactly what they might be feeling in the 5 basic emotions. Very attractive!!
