Value for Money.
This OTG & AirFry works very nice. Good product and value for money. We able to make all baking, grill & Air Fry very well. Also it is very easy to clean and handle very easily.

Manufacturing defect
Product is working in preset mode, but failing with manual mode. Getting doubt if this is new Product how come it fails. For a new product at this price point, I'd expect both modes to work out of the box. DIDN'T expect manufacturing defect from the great brand. It's been a week as amazon promised to rectify the problem in 2 days with morphy Richard's, but one came

Wonderful product
Fantastic product. Very easily can operate. Able to cook any kind of dishes. Easily can bake cake and cook grill and other stuffs. Having lot of new features and easy to learn the operations.

Thanks to Amazon but not satisfied with delhivery Partner
I purchased a Morphy Richards OTG from Amazon, and it was delivered via Delhivery courier. The product itself is in good condition and working perfectly fine. However, the packaging was damaged upon delivery. The outer box was torn, which clearly indicates poor handling during transportation. Thankfully, the product inside was safe and intact, but the courier service needs to improve their handling and care while delivering such items. Overall, satisfied with the product, but not with the delivery experience.
