Pirates Of The Caribbean Movies Cursed Aztec Coin Medallion Necklace Gold

I ordered a couple of these as add-on gifts for my child's birthday. She's a big fan of the Pirates of the Caribbean series. This pendant was very cheap in price and I figured that it would look like really cheap toy jewelry...possibly something that would get a laugh and be tossed out. I was expecting gold colored plastic that would look and feel really awful. It turns out that she really likes it and even wore it out. The pendant is made of some sort of metal - not plastic - and while it is gold paint, the gold is very shiny (at least for now). It is actually much nicer than I expected and could be worn by a kid as part of a costume or just for fun. I don't know that the chain will survive long and most likely the gold paint will come off the pendant...but it also makes a good decorative item for a kid's room. It does take a while to arrive, since it was shipped from China by mail.

I love this movie so much. It is a little heavy if your neck isn't used to it. The color is just like the movie. The detail is incredible. It is so worth it.

Very high quality coin. Some kind of metal. However the coin in the movie is quite large, almost the size of Elizabeth's palm when she holds it. This coin is the size of a quarter. It will work for my party and as a fun piece of jewelry. But not authentic as expected. I also had to swap chains bc the chain is very short. No big, was easy to put on a longer one.

Turn neck green and the chain broke after a few days.

These are super cute. I got them for my kids because we just watched Curse of the Black Pearl, and we're going on a Disney cruise, so I wanted something fun for them to wear as a surprise on pirate night. These are perfect. They're heavy, and feel like they could be pirate gold. They're going to love them.

Good necklace, the chain was gold, but the medallion was silver. That was disappointing, we ordered gold colored.

Gifted this to my kiddo on Valentine's day. The chain and medallion were both gold-colored 2 days ago. The chain oxidized quickly is already a rose color that does not match the medallion. If the metal didn't change color, I'd have been OK with the medallion only having the image on one side and generally looking cheaply made given the price especially since my child is a big Pirates of the Caribbean fan and was happy with it. But my son is now disappointed with a rose-colored chain...
