VERY STRANGE
This workout is strange, you may find yourself laughing and wondering, what the hay? But once you get accustomed to it, you'll see that it's very effective, especially with people who get short of breath. It's worth a try.

I am please to find this VHS tape. I just wish someone would put it on DVD for me to purchase. But I still have a VCR to play it on. I enjoy Body Flex.

Same Tape...Poor Viewing Quality
I've searched for this tape for YEARS...I lost it when my life changed and I moved from California...was happy to find and my son had already given me a VHS player... unfortunately the test of time has not been good to the tape.. but I'm okay with it ...being able to perform the moves once again is enough.
