Great price for a solid clean electrolyte product. Flavorless outside of a little bit of sodium flavor but it isn't very strong. Very good electrolyte formula for anybody looking to boost hydration, help with headaches/fatigue, or get rid of muscle cramps. Dissolves quickly with no noticable texture leftover.

There are a lot of good things to say about this product - it dissolves thoroughly, it has a pleasant, slight salty taste, it definitely helps with keeping electrolyte levels maintained and helping with energy. But, it has trace amounts of nickel in it, as shown in the seller's pic with the very long list of other trace minerals. I reviewed the list, but unfortunately I overlooked the nickel and I'm allergic to it. With daily use I noticed the skin rashes returning, went back and reviewed the ingredients for this product since it was the only new thing in my diet and found my oversight. I stayed off the product for about 3 days and the skin rashes disappeared. I can't blame the manufacturer since they harvest these minerals from natural sources, but it was a disappointment for me.

Before adding this product to our filtered water we would drink and within an hour have to use the bathroom. Come to find out "thirsty water" will rob you of minerals and go right through you. Proper hydration requires minerals modern filtration removes. I chose this product because of its lack of added ingredients. Its tastes a little salty but very good. We cant stand the taste of city or filtered water now. We are absolutely spoiled with this product. I noticed that I felt more hydrated and didn't need to constantly go to the bathroom. My joints weren't so as achy as they were before we added this to our water. Its a pretty good value for the cost considering its purity, consistency, benefits, and dissolvability.

Helps me immensely. Blood work looks better with iron absorption and I find it much easier to drink plain water with the powder in. It dissolves really easily and the taste is great in my opinion. Super neutral just taste like mineral water. Love it in lemon water too.

This is an excellent product. Highly recommended with or without added sugar. Alone it has a slightly salty taste. When it's mixed with fruit juice, it may not be noticeable at all. I'm an endurance athlete and many electrolyte drinks have way too much sugar and too few electrolytes. This is the perfect solution for me because I can decide how much sugar that I need during the event or for recovery. I recently biked up a 9,000 ft mountain on a mountain bike trail. I burned 4700 calories on the event. I knew that it was going to be a brutal ride up the single track trail. I mixed one tiny scoop of this electrolyte mix with a 2 tablespoons of table sugar (26 grams) for about 100 calories of energy plus electrolytes. That was mixed in my 12 oz water bottle. I had 5 bottles for the entire trip. At the end of my ride, I had no cramps and did not have any muscle soreness the next day. This works! This can quickly lead to excessive muscle cramps and event ending fatigue. Bottom line, this raw electrolyte mix is perfect for high performance athletes that understand their nutrition requirements and can use this as part of their hydration routine. The cost with added sweetner is about $0.20-0.25 per serving. That's about 1/10th the cost of Gator drinks and 1/5th the cost of those little packets or tablets. Such a good deal!
