Very effective for children experiencing loose stool and electrolyte loss
Works perfectly for my daughter whenever she has loose stool. It reduces the frequency of her loose stool and cures her within a few days leaving her energetic like she never lost any salts. And the taste is not bad.

Good for active people
I do lots of long distance hikes and especially in the summer I really feel it over the miles.... You can add a little of this to your water or flavored drink and it'll provide you with extra electrolytes.... So yes ideal if you've been ill but also fantastic for keeping you hydrated during physical exercise... The flavour is not bad at all... I had to shake my bottle vigorously and the powder desolved blue I only used a quarter of the sachet to suit my needs...

Not terrible
I've ordered these twice so far. The taste is acceptable but they contain artificial sweeteners - the type of which is not specified. I don't know why sweeteners are necessary since glucose is already listed in the ingredients. I'd prefer a product with no artificial sweeteners, so if I find one I will stop using this. For the price they seem quite competitive. A whole sachet seems like quite a lot for a serving so I tend to only use as much as suits my taste in a given volume of water. Overall they help me keep hydrated.

Dont use a full sachet
Good to have in the first aid kit, in the car or gym bag. i always keep some to hand for all eventualities. Clear instruxtions - be warned, you dont use a whole sachet in the glass of water - i think theyre designed to provide a few drinks over several hours so great to have if out on a hiking weekend etc. very sweet flavour - its not a sippable drink more of a knock it back and let it do its thing!

Does what it says, you can notice the change
This product arrived promptly, the taste was very acceptable for this type of product, in-fact the best I have experienced. It also performed it's re-hydration duties very well. Overall I would say that I will continue to purchase this product (I have already had a second order) very satisfied!

Much tastier than other rehydration salts
Until now, I've only ever seen blackcurrant flavoured rehydrations salts, and they all taste foul. I thought I'd give this a try as something different, and I'm glad I did. You add 1 teaspoon of powder to every 200ml of clean water. The manufacturer suggests boiling and cooling the water first, before adding the powder. The orange flavour is there, but not too overpowering. It's not too artificial tasting either. With some stirring, I got 99% of the powder to dissolve, which is okay. The drink has a 'thick' mouth feel, but goes down easily, and is slightly sweet. The writing on the packaging is tiny, so not suitable for those with poor eyesight. Additionally, the instructions of how to mix it are only on the box, not the sachets, so don't throw away the box! I don't understand why they felt the need to put a U.S. style nutrition label on every sachet, but not the mixing instructions!
