Great maternity panel that I didn’t feel was too tight.
These fit the best. They were easy but not too easy to put on which is good when you have a lot of varicose veins in pregnancy. The maternity panel has an adjustable elastic which is nice so I can loosen it as I get further in pregnancy. I bought a few types but this was the most comfortable out of the 2-3 types and compression socks and pressures that I bought.

Runs on day 2, disappointed for the price.
Riped, poor quality. Got a run down both legs on the second day of wear from pulling them up. I'm usually a small for compression but sized up to a large per reviews and the size was okay. Decent compression but not as much as my thigh high 20-30mmhg stocking. Belly band top was weird, annoying but not too tight. They have potential but not quite there. Missed the return window by a day ☹️

Worth it! Pain is gone.
I will say this, they do what they are supposed to! The compression is exactly what I needed and it eliminates the pain I was feeling. I’m 15 weeks pregnant and it’s a nonnegotiable that I wear full leg compression stockings for the rest of my pregnancy due to varicose vein issues. The belly part will be sufficient for a growing belly as it is adjustable. The adjustable straps aren’t perfect and look a little wonky but again, it works. I do already have a run in the hose near the top of the thigh but I have long nails so it was probably inevitable. I ordered a size medium, I am 5’10”. Do not expect to wear these out and about without covering up as they are not opaque. But like I said, they give GREAT support, are true to size, and they absolutely get the job done.

Great product
So great! Exactly what I was looking for. I was struggling with the thigh high compression socks staying up. These are thicker than I thought, they’d be which is GREAT. Very nice quality and has good compression. I am 6ft tall and the bottom goes to my ankles.

Do not like these at all
These ride up at the ankle and that is where they need to be. My ankle was swollen below the seam and kind of painful. I spent the day trying to keep them over my heel but they aren’t meant for that. I should have bought toe-less rather than foot-less. I feel like they could be longer too they kept falling down and the waist.

Good leg compression, uncomfortable waist
The compression on the legs is good, issue with the compression with the footless panty hose is if I don't compress the feet as well it makes my feet swelling more than usual. My main complaint is the belly top. It has thin elastic bands that are adjustable based on your belly size, which is nice, except the thin elastic bands tend to roll and create rope like pressure on my belly. The space for the belly is god enough to come up to just below my bra in the front, but sits on my low back in the back so I tend to keep having to pull the belly par up a lot. The crotch and thigh parts also tend to slip so I'm having to pull this part up a lot as well. When I wash them I'm frequently having to feed the adjustable elastic bands back through the front where it slides out of the top of the belly portion of the waist band. The holes in the adjustable elastic band that you feed the buttons through to make the waist comfortable for your belly size are very small with very small buttons placed on your low back. Very hard to get to by yourself and difficult to set before putting the hose on since your likely to have it set to the wrong holes or the buttons pop out as your putting the hose on. The tails of the adjustable elastic also just curl up and make a bump on your sides and no real way to tuck both sides away. Honestly I only sleep in the things since it's way too irritating to wear during the day.

did the job perfectly!
significantly helped me while i was on my feet working (Barista job!) the entirety of my pregnancy!! Quality: about as good as tights can get! they started ripping in the top area from wear&tear after a few months (to be expected) Reduces swelling: helped my varicose veins not be painful

DONT EVEN DO IT!!!!
These are absolutely no good for pregnant women. They DO NOT STAY IN PLACE OR STAY UP! You continuously have to keep pulling them Up all day long! Annoying!!!! And then they’re tight at the bottom at ur ankles so my feet swoll up even more!!! It’s just too bad I never returned them to get my money back or to exchange them for something else! I got busy with life and this pregnancy that I completely forgot and when I finally had some time it was too late to return them!!! Waste of money!

Lifesaver for Pregnancy Comfort
During my pregnancy, I experienced the discomfort and swelling that often comes with carrying a growing baby. In my search for relief, I found this product and here’s why I love it: Pros: Graduated Support: These tights are designed with 20-30mmHg graduated support, which means they provide targeted pressure to alleviate swelling in the legs and ankles. I noticed a significant reduction in the swelling and discomfort that I had been experiencing before wearing these tights. Abdominal Protection: The button elastic band on these tights provides gentle support to the growing belly, offering relief from the strain and aching that often accompanies pregnancy. It also helps in maintaining proper posture and alleviating back pain. Footless Design: Unlike traditional pantyhose, these tights are footless, allowing me to wear them with any type of footwear. This versatility is especially convenient when I want to pair them with sandals or open-toe shoes during warmer days. High Waist Compression: The high waist design not only offers support to the lower back but also provides a secure fit without rolling down. This feature ensures that the tights stay in place throughout the day, providing continuous relief and support. Cons: Limited Color Options: While the functionality of these tights is exceptional, the color options are somewhat limited. It would be fantastic to have a wider range of colors to choose from, allowing for more flexibility in my maternity wardrobe. Initial Tightness: When first putting on the tights, I noticed they were a bit tight. However, after a few wears, they became more comfortable and stretched slightly, conforming to the shape of my body. It's important to keep in mind that the initial snugness is necessary for the optimal compression and support. Conclusion: Overall, the tights have exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort and support. From the graduated compression to the abdominal protection, these tights have provided much-needed relief during my pregnancy. Despite the limited color options and initial tightness, I highly recommend these compression tights to any expectant mother seeking comfort and relief from varicosity and swelling. Invest in a pair and experience the ultimate comfort and support that these tights has to offer.

Comfortable
There’s definitely a lot of compression in the legs and plenty of stretch in the belly for baby to grow making them comfortable to wear but also healthy on tired legs. Good quality, well executed, priced fairly I feel. A good length

Excellent leggings for a pregnant child
Ordered size S being 5ft with a BMI of 18 (pre-pregnancy, with average weight gain since) and I can barely get them past the knee. Fed up of these cheap items made in China with totally off sizing. Seeing as they’re hand wash only, I won’t bother ordering the size up - why give pregnant women more work than they already need to do? Will invest in something more quality that I can get more use from.

These Maternity Medical Compression Tights have been a lifesaver
These Maternity Medical Compression Tights have been a lifesaver during my pregnancy. The graduated support they provide is fantastic, especially as my pregnancy has progressed and I've experienced some swelling and discomfort in my legs. The 20-30mmHg compression feels just right – not too tight, but definitely supportive. The beige color is discreet and goes well with a variety of outfits. They're comfortable to wear throughout the day, and I appreciate that they accommodate my growing belly without feeling restrictive. These tights have truly made a positive difference in my comfort and circulation during pregnancy. Highly recommended for expectant mothers!

Top Quality product - Be Careful with sizing!
these are very good compression tights for expecting mums. The material is good quality. The package comes with very helpful washing instructions. The sizing is a bit confusing, the medium is really a large. So, size one size down. Otherwise, all good.
