To be blunt the phone was defective from the start it wasn't properly checked before it was shipped out awesome battery it had more the 80% charge on it when it arrived

PROS: Compared to a standard cellphone, the battery life is beyond excellent and WILL spoil you. I've watched multiple movies, downloaded large files over huge gaps of time, talked for hours, constantly viewed more YouTube videos than I care to admit to, and the battery just shrugged off the abuse like a boss for more than a week before hitting the "24hr Left" warning prompt. Beautifully simple Android interface without the bloated proprietary software like Samsung and other brand name Android devices. CONS: The Gorilla Glass does its job BUT because of the density and weight of the device, any casual drop from hip hight is likely to result in a catastrophically damaged screen. A replacement will run you about $35 on Amazon as of this review, provided you have access to a heat gun and specialized glue for the screen replacement procedure. I love this brick. If there was a rubberized case made for it with thick corners that aggressively raised up around the Gorrilla Glass edges, I would definitely hold onto it as my primary phone. Yes, the case would be ugly. I don't care. The performance outweighs any asthetic setback. If you do deicide on getting one, I'd recommend a dropleg pouch for the phone (No casual pocket will let you move quickly or run without the unit flopping around like a live fish). As it is, the touchscreen is just too fragile a thing to live in the hard housing. I've replaced the screen twice, so far. AND if the phone slides off the hood of your car and onto your favorite noggin, you WILL remeber the incedent for a long time to come. There's a loop for a tether located on the back of the phone but I personally think it's too cumbersome to connect a cord to your belt and then to your wrist when you want to use it.

I ordered this phone it looks great, but unlike it says in the description it is NOT Compatible on Verizon!!!!

The videos demoing the phones shows that it's very rugged and can handle being dropped on it's face etc. My wp19 shattered from a foot off the ground onto concrete. It's an amazing phone overall but is not rugged if shatters that easily.

Not as durable as I once thought, this is my second phone. Other one dropped on the face and now it is a paperweight because it no longer works.
