5 stars! There is a tendancy for it to get very hard, next to impossible to get out of the jar, so I went to the manufacturer's site, where I found the process to soften it. What I did was to put the jar into some warm, not boiling water. The outside water was about 1/2 way up the jar and I put some warm inside the jar too, about 1-1/2 teaspoons for how much I had left. I let it sit for an hour or maybe longer. The water in the jar was absorbed into the resin, and it became much easier to scoop out. I have been using this product for about 5 months, & I have felt a significant positive change in my body. It is strong smelling & tasting, but I disolve it in my coffee. It works great for me.

This is my first time using Shilajit and I felt great after my first use. Great packaging and looks to be good and high quality. I mix a little bit into hot water and add almond milk. Has a very earthy almost mushroom taste.

The taste is surprisingly good in coffee or hot tea!! Amazing quality and the Third party analysis with the packaging just made it feel like an elite product. Will definitely be ordering again as well as trying other products from this brand!

This works great gives you energy and lasts for hours even when working out. Would buy again. Gave it a 4 only because if you get any on the jar threads you play hell getting the lid off. Other than that it’s all good

I've purchased a different shilajit brand before, but I must say this brand has blown me away. The quality of it is like nothing I have ever seen.

Great product, good purity, specific taste

The smell?! Imagine a mix of manure and tar. And it looks like tar. And when exposed to air it gets hard as glass. I added a tap of coconut oil and it made it far easier to deal with. I scrap a bit with the tip of the tool. Then apply to the back of my tongue and wash down with water. Wash tool. I take it in the evening and sleep deeply. I don't notice any energy or mental clarity that others mentioned, but I previously did fulvics and other high end supplements, so I was already doing well. Besides the sleep, I have noticed an increassed core solidness that I'd attribute to a stronger nervous system. I'm thinking others are experiencing that as a sense of calm. I'm pleased with it just for the better sleep. It's a small jar but does seem like it will last a good while. I'm going to Try Mannas product that's advertised on FB and compare. I REALLY liked that this one came with an assay that showed the purity of the product when tested for heavy metals. Clean as a whistle. That's huge.
