It's perfect. Looks nice, easy to use, heats up fast and evenly, and cleans nicely. The two divided sides never had issues with leakage. I decided to buy this because of a previous disappointing experience in a AYCE restaurant with bland hotpot broth. With this, I enjoy every small hotpot party I have with family. I think I used it up to 10 times by now. I'm never going back to a hotpot restaurant again.

Looks great and durable in a very sturdy box. Heats up super quick and is very easy to clean. Is a perfect size for 2 people or for someone to use 2 different soup flavors. Would order again.

My family loves this hotpot. This is more then enough for a family of four. Very nice that it has two different areas. No leakage either between the two. So you can have two very different favors going on and not have to worry about the two sides leaking together. Heats up very quick.

Literally used this product once.. tasted weird metallic type flavor while eating but was sup confused. After we finished the meal and washed up.. we noticed that the coat on the pot was coming off! We are literally eating some unknown substance and of course it won’t let me chat with any customer service to come to a resolution.. this is a health and safety hazard. Simply not okay.

Works beautifully

This electric hot pot for home use is amazing works extremely well. Set the temperature and forget it. We absolutely love it and we use it quite frequently very easy no hassle cleanup as with some of the hot pots that you purchase can be quite a task to try to clean as they are attached to the electric base, but this one the whole pot is removable. It just sits on a warmer which is controlled by a dial for temperature. Once you set the temperature and it reaches its correct temperature. The heat turns off and as it starts to cool, it turns back on to reheat to keep it at a steady temperature, which is fantastic for enjoying hot pot at home.

Kann nicht verwendet werden, weil der Stromanschluss nicht geeignet ist. Es ist ein Dreierstecker der in England verwendet wird. Man bräuchte einen Adapter. Ich habe es zurückgeschickt.

Absolutely thrilled. Put the broth in, put the lid on and was boiling in no time. Easy to clean and it came with a ladle and a slotted spoon. Easy to assemble. Very happy with my purchase, highly recommend.

Perfect! Cleans up easily, great size for four people. Pot is removable, shallow and ideal for hot pot. Tips: For hot pot, it’s faster to boil water in a kettle then pour into pot. When we need the soup to come back to a rolling boil after adding raw/frozen foods, we put the lid on and dial to high heat. Comes back to rolling boil in a few minutes.
