Super easy to assemble and hook up the camera to the tablet it comes with. Our baby has a similar set up in the nicu so we are super excited to have a the same at home!

I bought this baby monitor trusting the brand and all the “advanced features,” but it has been a huge disappointment. The first unit I received wouldn’t hold a charge — it completely died in less than an hour, even after a full charge. I returned it and requested a replacement, hoping it was just a one-off issue. Unfortunately, the second unit froze completely after less than two months of normal use. I tried every reset and troubleshooting step available — nothing worked. The monitor is now totally unusable. This is a high-priced product, supposedly designed for baby safety, yet it’s incredibly unreliable. Two defective units in a row? That’s unacceptable. Bottom line: don’t waste your money. If you need peace of mind and dependable performance, look elsewhere.

Battery life on the parent unit is poor, have to keep it plugged in almost always, the touch screen on the parent unit is also very inconsistent. The camera looses connectivity to the app frequently and needs to be re-paired. App also has lots of adds/ promotions for other Hubble Club products that appear in pop-ups.

Great camera to keep a good eye on them at all times perfect. I love the whole system.

Writing this review almost 6 months after receiving the monitor… At first this worked pretty great. Battery life was good, easy to set up, like the app monitor option too. Minor things I would change about the functionality if we are talking “perfect”. About 5 months into using it, I started to get an error that the camera was disconnected despite no interruption to the power source or connection to WiFi. The only solution was to unplug the camera, plug it back in, and make multiple attempts to pair the devices again. Through the course of this, baby woke up and needed to be put back to sleep. They were also very intermittent issues with the sound not coming through the monitor before this also (maybe 2-3 times baby was awake and crying but no sound came through the monitor despite the picture being there). If you look online, there are supposedly periodic updates to install but none were available in my device. Really disappointing to that this became so unreliable and I needed to spend money on a replacement. For those looking at this for the app feature and notifications, there is a bit of lag between movement/temperature notifications and when these events are happening. The picture and remote viewing is pretty reliable though.

Overall a good product but the battery on the screen is terrible. It won’t last through the night so you need to keep it plugged in.

The monitor has eased my mind and allowed me to do more of what I need to while still being able to hear/watch my child

Wish I could give less than one star. I bought this monitor because of its dual use with a separate display as well as an app. I also purchased the premium subscription. I find that this camera constantly disconnects and the app cant find it. Switching between day and night mode makes a clicking noise that wakes up the baby, and the battery of the monitor only lasts a couple of hours before you have to plug it in. In other words, it does not work as expected in the basic things.

Parent unit worked for 5min. It freezes on loading screen. Hubble support does not provide replacement units outside US

Item broke within a couple months and have been trying to deal with the brand for many months now. They initially said they could only mail any replacement to a US address even though we purchased from Amazon Canada. Brand is unresponsive and keeps delaying.

Kept disconnecting literally in the first two weeks of purchase. Not reliable. I do like the features it provides, but the unit keeps freezing and going offline
