I am new to Diamond Art Painting. I realized I needed something with brightness and magnification that would be moveable and flexible. This light fulfills each need. Actually this light goes far beyond expectations. It can either be mounted or rest on a base. I like the base rather than mounted because I can slide the light in a position with little movement. The magnification helps with fuzzy letters and numbers.

It was made nicely. It was a little large for what I was using it for.

The light is amazing. The different choices of super bright or warmer light... very nice. I'd keep the lamp for that alone. And thats why I'm keeping it. The magnifying part... not so much. The concept is great. But it just isn't as usable as it should for that. The advertisement makes you think its very flexible. Wrong. I'm afraid I'm gonna break the darn thing. It does bend but the view point is so small it makes it unusable for diamond art for me. Maybe people who do intricate painting it could help. With certain diamond paintings a light pad won't work. So if you have older eyes, like me, you need more light. This lamp accomplished that for me. I do like the heavy base or clamp option. Overall I'd recommend for diamond painters just for the light. Because baby she lights up a room and a painting very well. It was worth the money to save the eyestrain.

I love it I bought one last year for myself and loved it so much I bought this one for my mother who just started doing Diamond painting she was having a hard time seeing the numbers and this helps her alot no more eye straining this illuminates and increasse the size for her to see better and enjoy her painting.

My picture doesn't do it justice, this magnifying light is perfect! There's not one thing I'd change about it. Heavy base, with option of table clamp. The light are awesome! Not only can you choose from light brightness you can choose from multiple light settings like daylight, more yellow ect. to really choose what's best for your eyes. The magnifying part is perfect! It's thick glass (some others are plastic and hard to see through) and is 10x magnifying, which is also not the norm. It even comes with a glass cleaning cloth! The neck is fully adjustable and does so with ease. It's definitely worth more than the cost but I'm SO glad it wasn't expensive. I highly recommend this for anyone doing work like beading, miniatures ect. No more eye strain for me! I've done my research, get this one - you won't be disappointed

Cons first for buyer beware: in the product information section this is listed as cordless and battery powered but it is NOT. That was the sole reason I purchased this light, so very frustrated with that. I wanted a portable hobby light for my wife as she likes working in different spots that aren't close to an outlet. Second complaint is that it comes with a standard USB style cord but no connecting adapter to the outlet. Make sure you have a spare or buy one when you purchase this light. I threw the packaging away before the first time trying out the light. Otherwise I would have returned it. Pros: the light itself is great. Love the options to change color and brightness. I do not understand why people complain about the base weight - it's needed to keep the light from tipping over. And it's all of 4lbs so not like you are breaking a sweat to move this. For the most part you can move the light head around and the base stays put. It is a fantastic light but know exactly what you are getting.

Great light, it is very bright and great Magnifier is excellent for crafts. I would buy the light again if i needed another one. if you are looking for one this light is amazing. the stand is very sturdy and ease to assemble, i think it is very light weight , and not a bad price. sorry i do not have a photo yet.

It's the best tool I look forward to using it each time when the things or items I need to work. Ideally, on a work desk whereby it's there whenever you need it.
